Free shipping only available for orders $39 or more. Offer ONLY valid for shipping within the Continental United States (48 Contiguous States). Extra shipping charges apply outside of these continental states, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Wake Island, Federated States of Micronesia, US Virgin Islands, etc.
Free shipping described as above will be through Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Customers are responsible for disclosing any special shipping conditions or requests. Extra charges may be applicable for special requests that our free shipping does not cover.
Most shipments to those above-listed states and others OUTSIDE of the Contiguous 48 states will be shipped with US Postal Service.
If you would like faster shipping, there will be an extra charge for rush delivery. Please call to set up RUSH delivery or select the appropriate shipping service during checkout.
Items such as surfboards, paddleoards, and large board bags MAY incur extra shipping charges as well. Free shipping for paddleboards, surfboards, or other oversize items that require freight shipments will be delivered to the customers nearest shipping terminal at no extra charge. Freight delivery to a business address or residential address must be arranged separately.
International shipping is available for most items. Please follow checkout procedures to calculate shipping costs for your specific country. Contact us for further information
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
- Must not be a special order or a custom order
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
- All returns must be in NEW condition. If you wear the wetsuit in the water we will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit. Even if it’s “only been worn once” or “you thought it would work but now realize it doesn’t fit right”. If it hits the water or is not in new condition we will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit. Sorry no exceptions.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
